Thanks for participating in the Yoga, Running boot camp on July 15, 2017. It was a great event and we all learned many core training and breathing tips from Raghu and Kishore. Good thing is you do not need to allocate time from your busy day, you can do these at work, at home, while watching, cooking or when you feel bored. You may not be able to use “I don’t have time” excuse for not practicing those.
